For over 50 years, he has been documenting the scene, rubbing elbows with the most influential figures in pop culture, government, the arts, and music – from Andy Warhol and John Lennon to Hillary Clinton. Living Proof Creative was brought on to rebuild R. Couri Hay’s full-service PR and press agency’s website. The vast website not only serves as a portal for businesses to access information about the company, but it’s also a historical documentation and archive filled with all the work and press coverage R. Couri Hay has accomplished over the decades.

Our team was challenged with striking a balance between honoring R. Couri Hay’s decades-long legacy and creating a modern, user-first digital experience. The site needed to serve multiple roles at once: a luxury-facing showcase for high-profile PR services, an easily navigable archive of extensive media coverage, and a flexible platform for ongoing content updates. Managing and presenting a vast volume of press features without overwhelming users while ensuring the site remained visually aligned with the sophistication of his elite clientele added an additional layer of complexity.

To address these challenges, Living Proof Creative designed an interface with luxury and sophistication in mind, ensuring brand alignment with elite clientele. The team executed a refined User Experience (UX) that encouraged engagement with brands seeking top-tier public relations, while providing seamless access to key information about services, past clients, press coverage, and contact details. The streamlined layout guided visitors through a carefully structured content hierarchy. To manage the extensive archive of articles and media features, Living Proof implemented a flexible content management system (CMS) that allowed the team to easily publish, curate, and update content. In addition, the mobile responsiveness and optimized site architecture enhanced accessibility and discoverability for all users.
