Flats on 12

Located in the heart of Texas A&M’s College Station, Flats on 12 apartment community was in need of a website that fit their youthful and modern brand. Living Proof Creative was brought on to design a logo for the brand and create a portal for potential and current residents to access any and everything about the premier apartment complex, like amenities, rent payment, nearby dining and shopping, and more. Their new website needed to not only function as an online residential tool, but it also needed to showcase the culture of the luxury apartment facility and its inviting, laid-back environment.

It’s not easy to stand out in online apartment searches, especially in areas like College Station that have a high percentage of renters. When designing Flats on 12’s logo and website Interface, the solutions needed to strike a balance between informative and fun, especially when trying to appeal to a digitally savvy college-aged audience. The website also required a flexible content management interface to accommodate ever-changing information, from apartment availability to events, and more.

To meet these challenges, the Living Proof Creative design team created a modern, sleek logo, followed by a newly designed Flats on 12 website that featured eye-catching headers, a contemporary color scheme, a clean layout, and easy navigation. These features helped the brand stand out amidst the competition while attracting the right audience. The Interface’s modern and accessible feel offered a glimpse of Flats on 12 living, allowing users to easily interact with the different floor plans, explore the many amenities, and contact the management. The site also included a resident portal for managing rent payments and more.
